Bio:

Andrew was raised in Los Angeles, CA, to a Lebanese-Armenian mother and New Zealander father. He’s an identical twin and a proud alumnus and former ASB President of Clark Magnet High School. Andrew graduated from UC Berkeley in 2019, with dual-degrees in mechanical engineering and business administration, from the College of Engineering and Haas School of Business. At Berkeley, he co-founded the Momentum Speaker Series, which gave engineering students a platform to share their experiences getting internships and research. He interned as a Mechanical Engineer at Tesla, Product Design Engineering Program Manager at Apple, and Program Manager at Microsoft.

Andrew now works at Microsoft full-time as a Mechanical Engineering Program Manager, leading teams of engineers, designers, and researchers to develop an innovative Surface computer. He’s passionate about inspiring first-generation students to work in tech. and co-runs an educational YouTube channel called The Tech Twins, which has been viewed 250,000 times. He aspires to lead organizations that challenge traditional notions of success – being environmentally sustainable, treating people well, while developing innovations that surprise and delight the world.
