Bio:
David is originally from North Wales, Pennsylvania and now lives in New York City. He attended Carnegie Mellon University, majoring in Decision Science and minoring in Business. After graduating from Carnegie Mellon with highest honors, David joined Bessemer Venture Partners, where he worked on the investment team for nearly three years and sourced Series A, B, and C investment opportunities. While at Bessemer, David co-led the firm’s EdTech / Skills Gap and Quantum Computing investment roadmaps, resulting in a growth stage Quantum Computing investment.
Eager to get operating experience, David then left Bessemer to join Rightway Healthcare, a private healthtech startup, where he now serves as Chief of Staff. Further, David launched his own micro-VC practice, Moralis Capital, so that he can continue to support early stage founders with both capital and operational insights. David remains actively focused on impact-driven businesses and volunteer work in the fields of education, healthcare, and food security.
