Bio:
Vahe Taamazyan was born in Hrazdan, Armenia and grew up in Chelyabinsk, and Moscow, Russia. He attended MIPT and Skoltech, majoring in Applied Physics and Mathematics. During his time at Skoltech, Vahe visited MIT as an exchange student and worked at MIT’s Media Lab Camera Culture Group as a visiting researcher. At MIT, Vahe conducted research in the fields of 3D scanning and Computer Vision.
Upon graduation from Skoltech and MIPT with the highest honors, Vahe cofounded Sizolution, a company focused on developing tech-based products for human body 3D scanning and AI personalization for the e-commerce fashion industry. Vahe is currently the CEO of Sizolution GmbH and continues his research on 3D Scanning and Computer Vision, with multiple publications in top venues.
